From the earliest phases, we provide technical support to validate the feasibility of spaces planned for HVAC and plumbing networks. Based on your layouts, we assess whether planned volumes and footprints are coherent: technical room, ducts, reserved openings, and routes. We highlight points likely to create issues during execution (access, congestion, routing paths).
To ensure optimal comfort for your clients, we can perform heat-loss calculations to estimate heating needs as accurately as possible. These results provide a useful order of magnitude to guide the heating system type and required capacity. Calculations are based on available data, notably from the EPB report (insulation thickness, wall performance, doors, and windows). Conclusions are then translated into HVAC system integration within the plans.

In residential projects, ventilation requirements have become significantly stricter in recent years. Minimum airflow rates are defined in the EPB report, depending on the chosen system. We can perform network balancing calculations and duct sizing to reach the required airflow rates, based on the specified equipment. These elements are then translated into clear, actionable ventilation plans.
